I picked these up for my dog without thinking too much, and I’m just tired of having to inspect every little thing before buying. Once I actually read the label, I wasn’t thrilled. The ingredients seemed cheap and not really the kind of stuff I’d normally choose for my dog. That’s on me for not checking first, but I won’t be buying these again.

When I opened the bag, it had a stale smell right away, and my dog wouldn’t even go near it. Usually he’s excited about food, so that told me something was off. It made me realize how much freshness matters, especially when you’re trusting something to be safe and appealing for your pet.

I picked up pawfy hoping it might help with my dog’s itching and all the paw licking he’s been doing. He seemed to like the taste well enough, so getting him to take it wasn’t an issue. After maybe a few weeks or so, though, I can’t say I noticed a huge change. There were probably a couple days where he scratched a little less, but not enough to feel like it was really working, especially for the price. Shipping was fine overall, I’m just kind of disappointed it didn’t help more with his allergies.

I really wanted to like Pawfy, but the whole site just felt clunky to me. I kept having to click around more than I expected, and finding the right product took way longer than it should have. Some pages were slow on my phone too, which got frustrating after a while. It wasn’t awful or anything, but it just felt clunky, slow, and not as easy as it should be. Checkout was fine once I finally got there, but getting there was the annoying part.

At first I thought this was actually helping because my dog was scratching a lot less, but that didn’t last long. The itching came back quickly, which was really disappointing. I also reached out about it and felt like nobody even read my message, so that made the whole experience more frustrating.

I’m still waiting for it to show up, so I can’t really say much about the actual product yet. I keep checking the tracking and thinking maybe it’ll arrive today, but nope, still nothing. Hopefully it gets here soon because I was kind of expecting it by now.

The site felt kind of slow for me, and the checkout kept being weird on my phone. I’m not totally sure if it was the site or maybe just my connection, but it took a few tries before I finally got my order through. Not a huge deal, just more annoying than it needed to be

I really wanted this to work, but it made no difference for my dog. He was just as anxious as before, with no noticeable change at all. I ended up reaching out to customer service because I feel like I wasted my money, and I’m hoping they’ll actually do something to make this right.

I really wanted this to help my dog's stomach, and I gave it a fair try because I figured it might just take a little time. But i didn't see any digestive improvement at all. At that point, I couldn't justify spending the money on it again.

I tried Pawfy with my dog for about a week, and I really wanted it to be a good fit, but it just didn’t seem to agree with him. After a few days his stool got loose, and then I noticed he was acting itchier than usual, which made me start second-guessing it. I stopped giving it to him, and within a few days he seemed much better and back to normal. So, yeah, maybe it works for some dogs, but unfortunately it wasn’t the right match for mine.

The packaging showed up crushed, which was kind of disappointing... but the treats inside seemed fine from what I could tell. Not ideal, but at least they weren’t ruined...

I really like the idea behind the products, but getting help was more of a hassle than it needed to be. I emailed customer service and waited a few days for a response, and when they finally got back to me, it felt generic. I had to follow up again before I got an actual helpful answer. It’s not the worst experience ever, but this seems preventable if their support team responded faster and more directly

I’m still waiting on my refund i’m starting to wonder if this is normal? I expected it to be processed by now, but I haven’t seen anything come through yet. Has anyone else had to wait this long?

I gave these joint mobility chews to my older lab for about a month, hoping he’d suddenly start bouncing around like a puppy again because apparently I enjoy setting myself up for disappointment. He did eat them without any drama, so at least they passed his very strict snack standards.

Shipping was fine and nothing went wrong there, but I didn’t notice much change in his stiffness or how he gets up. Maybe they work great for other dogs, but for us they felt a bit overhyped, so I probably won’t be buying them again

It works fine, so I don’t really have complaints about the product itself. But for the price, the packs are way too small. I thought one would be enough for what I had planned, and then I ended up running short and having to change things last minute. Frustrating when you’re already paying that much

I only meant to place one order, but somehow I ended up in a subscription, and I regret not paying closer attention before checking out. When I went into my account to cancel, the page was confusing and I couldn’t find a clear cancel button anywhere.
I had to email support and wait for a response while another charge was already pending, which was stressful. Maybe other people have a smoother experience, but for me the subscription setup felt messy, and I wish I’d avoided it altogether.

I ordered from pawfy hoping this would be an easy win for my dog, but it was just a lot of wasted energy. He sniffed it once and walked away like I’d offended him. I tried mixing it into his food, hiding it in treats, even adding a little peanut butter, and he still wouldn’t touch it. Maybe it works great for other pets, but taste-wise it was a complete miss for us.
